#2 Browse the Listings

Once your wallet is connected, you can browse the listings on the marketplace to find crowdfunding opportunities that align with your investment goals.

#3 Invest in the Crowdfunding

When you've found an opportunity you're interested in, you can invest in the crowdfunding campaign by following the prompts on the platform. You can withdraw your investment at any time until the campaign goal is reached, but once the goal is achieved, the funds will be locked to purchase the property.

#5 Exit the Investment

At the end of the hold period or upon the decision of the majority of the property holders, the property will be listed for sale. After the sale, the funds will be distributed to the holders.
